"Jill was on another call in the office and she could tell that I was not feeling well because it was really hard for me to project my voice. I had laryngitis and a cold. She instructed me to text with her because I really couldn't talk on the phone because of my voice. By the time I reached out to her a second time in text she had my check in the mail for the tow truck. By the time I get home that check should be in the mail and then back in my account. That's what I call service"
